• This promotion is available to customers who purchase Electrolux products during the period from October 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. Gift redemption is subject to stock availability.
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. For further details, please inquire in-store.
• To redeem your complimentary gifts, please promptly submit the required redemption documents—including the invoice, delivery note, and a clear photo of the serial number—to sgpromotion@electrolux.com. Please be advised that we will be unable to process the redemption without the necessary documents included in your email submission.
• Purchases must be made on a single receipt that includes GST. The purchase value does not include delivery, installation, extended warranty, or other charges.
• Extensions to the redemption period will not be permitted.
• Electrolux reserves the right to reject redemption for customers whose details do not match the proof of purchase documents, or if Electrolux suspects any redemption documents to be false or tampered with in any way, or otherwise if Electrolux believes in its sole discretion that the redemption is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• Full payment must be made, and delivery must be completed before redemption can take place.
• Electrolux reserves the right to substitute any gift(s) with an alternative item. Gifts are available while stocks last and are not exchangeable for cash or other items.
• This promotion is applicable only to end customers and does not apply to trade, corporate, or bulk purchases.
• Products purchased under this promotion are not eligible for exchange or refund, except as provided under warranty terms.
• Electrolux reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice and without providing any reason.
• By submitting the redemption documents, customers consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of their personal information by Electrolux S.E.A Pte Ltd for the purpose of conducting the promotion, in accordance with Electrolux’s data protection policy, available at https://www.electrolux.com.sg/data-protection-policy/.
